Over a period of just over two years, Gruffudd has been roaming every corner of Wales on two wheels, on 14 trips, to try to get to know his own nation better. The fruit of that is this collection of travel essays, which try to put the reflections of the hours of pedalling on paper. They can be read individually, or try to find the narrative that weaves through the journeys.
